30 Days Return Policy

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund. We're sorry to hear that you will be returning your item/s. 

In order to keep the VEEA community (and beyond) as healthy and safe as possible. Our 30 days return policy is as follows.

1. Your returned item/s must have no stain/s, be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered with the original tags attached.

2. We must receive your returned item/s no later than 30 days. The postage delivered date is considered the 1st day.

3. Any item/s with stain/s, or has been worn, damaged, altered, without original tags attached, or received after 30 days will not be available for a full refund. We will be happy to send a merchandise credit certificate to you, good towards a future purchase.

How do I Return an Item?

Return processing typically takes up to two weeks excluding transit time. Please allow sufficient time for your returned item/s to be received and processed. Before you return an item/s, take a moment to make sure you've enclosed your invoice before you seal your returned package. Also, take care to wrap your returned package securely.


No invoices?
If you do not have an invoice, please write the following information on a piece of paper: your name, address, the order number, a list of items you are returning, and the date you purchased the items.

Please note: Return postage or any other return fees including duties and taxes cannot be reimbursed.

What is your exchange policy?

Our exchanges are a breeze. We're happy to help you with an exchange, depending on product availability. Our exchange policy is as follows:

1. Your exchange item/s must have no stain/s, be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered with original tags attached.

2. We must receive your exchange item/s no later than 30 days. The postage delivered date is considered as the 1st day.

How do I exchange an Item?

To make any exchange please contact us to let us know the reason for exchanging an item/s by email. We'll process a return on your original item/s and place a new order for the exchange. Before you return an item/s, take a moment to make sure you've enclosed your invoice before you seal your returned package. Also, take care to wrap your returned package securely.


No invoices?

How long will it take to process my return and exchange?

Once we've received your returned item/s. We will process your return. During this time, the returned item/s will go through a thorough inspection. If your item/s meet our full refund guidelines we will then process your refund, and credit your card. For item/s that does not meet our full refund guidelines you will be issued a merchandise credit certificate.

For returns, please allow at least 2 weeks from the time we receive your package for us to inspect, process your refund, credit your charge card, or issue you a merchandise credit certificate.
